Deskripsi
Spesialis Elektronik – Didactum 14451 Ammeter 20A AC
This ammeter is used to measure and monitor AC current and is suitable for the latest generation of Didactum IP-based remote measuring and monitoring units. It is supplied with a CT (Current Transformer) and a associated sensor unit to measure AC current in the range of 0.01A to 20A.
Installation of the ammeter
The supplied Current Transformer is installed in a non-invasive manner. When installing this CT converter no power cable must be disconnected and stripped. The converter is simply opened and the single-phase, live cable is inserted there. Subsequently, the CT converter case is closed again. Then the green connector of the CT converter is connected to the sensor unit. This unit is then connected to the 2 meter long sensor cable with a free analogue sensor port of the networked remote measurement and monitoring system (to be ordered separately).
Thanks to the innovative Auto Sensing function, this IP-based measuring and monitoring system from Didactum recognizes this sensor automatically. You can then configure the ammeter individually in the English-language web interface. The sensor data is stored in the built-in datalogger. The measured values recorded in real time can be displayed graphically in the web interface and also be loaded directly from the IP-based remote measuring and monitoring system via CSV or XML data export.
Notifications, warnings, and alerts
Simply set individual threshold and alarm values for the ammeter in the web interface of the Didactum Monitoring System. After that, you can easily create the desired notifications, warning and alarm functions, such as e-mail, SMS (via GSM / LTE modem or Web to SMS gateway). Optionally, this networked remote monitoring system can also signal the alert by siren with built-in flash function (optional equipment).
Integration of the ammeter into Network-Management-Software
All Didactum monitoring devices support the SNMP protocols v1, v2c and v3 (encrypted). Each IP sensor from Didactum has its own SNMP OID for direct reading via LAN / WAN. The required Didactum MIB can be loaded directly from the web interface of the monitoring system and integrated into SNMP-compatible DCIM software and network management software (Nagios, check_MK, Observium, OpenNMS, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.). Also open source tools like Cacti or RRDtool are supported.
Note from the technical editor: On request, this ammeter can also measure alternating current up to 100A. Please contact our sales staff.
